• 葫蘆外罩，弧形板由大型卷板機經過精密加工而成；
• 葫蘆外罩，法蘭是由成塊鋼板經過等離子氣割切割整體成型，數控車床精密加工，數控鑽床精密鑽孔， 經過熱處理工藝加工    而成。繼而保証了葫蘆外罩的質量和精密程度。
• 由焊接機器人將弧形板與法蘭板焊接，一個完整的葫蘆外罩基本成形。
• 河南礦山生產的葫蘆外罩是全部由機械化加工而成，所以質量可靠。
