運梁平車

        KPDZ系列是低壓軌道供運梁平車，是將交流380V的電源通過變壓器降壓至交流36V兩相，分別接至兩根軌道上，軌道平車上的車輪將軌道上的交流36V電源引入車載電氣箱，經過整流模塊將交流36V整流至直流36V，再經過直流控制系統控制直流電機，使平車啟動，停止，前進，後退，調速等。

        該系列平車能夠在S型軌道弧形軌道及高溫場合使用：平車上可以加裝液壓昇降系統；平車直流電機有啟動平穩，啟動力矩大，對減速機衝擊小，電壓低，使用壽命長等優點。

         具有安全性和機動靈活性：對軌道鋪設要求高（需要絕緣處理軌道），適用於載重量不大（小於等於50噸）使用頻率較高，中長距離運輸場合。不受距離的限制，但運行距離超過70米，需要增加變壓器。
